After starting on the graduate programme with my previous employer and working in various roles across retail, commercial and corporate banking over a 10 year period; it was time for a new challenge.

Having completed my first year with Santander as a Relationship Director the customer focused culture has exceeded my expectations. Unlike other banks it places an emphasis on building and maintaining relationships locally. We are encouraged to work closely with the business community spending time listening to our customers and presenting simple innovative solutions tailored to the individuals needs.
