I began my career with Alliance and Leicester providing customer service within the loans contact centre and later moved into the branch network. With 11 years’ experience in total here, I’ve more recently chosen to pursue my career as a Trainee Financial Planning Manager within Santander’s Wealth Management business.
My development at Santander has been clear from my continued growth, initially as a Customer Service Adviser through to my time as a Select Relationship Manager, and I have been able to demonstrate how I’ve capitalised on the plethora of internal programmes and initiatives available here. Santander have sponsored all of my qualifications in addition to providing study leave, mentoring and enhanced coaching throughout my trainee programme.
Having such support available has allowed me to focus on getting more enjoyment out of my career. As days are typically busy, fast-paced and ever-changing, I know that the lifestyle here has allowed me to provide a unique touch in helping customers reach their goals.
